What is EMDR & ART?
Trauma-Focused Services
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based method that helps people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. It uses bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories.

​Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a modality where the therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of PTSD to reprogram the way the distressing memories are stored. ​​
